摘 要:总结纯棉小提花织物的工艺设计要点。经纱采用C 14.5tex纱和C 18.2tex×2股线,纬纱采用C14.5tex纱,三织轴织造;介绍了织物上机图和穿筘规律;采用ZDA型分批整经机,整经速度600m/min;优化浆料配方,浆纱增强率达21.7%,毛羽降低率达82%;采用剑杆织机,开口时间290°,织机速度300r/min。最终织机效率达到88%以上,下机一等品率达92%以上,入库一等品率99%以上。认为:通过优化设计各工序工艺可以保证产品顺利生产。Technology design points of cotton mini-jacquard fabric were summarized. C 14.5 tex yarn and C 18.2 rex×2 ply were selected as warp. C 14.5 rex yarn was selected as weft. Three beams were used. Drafting arrangement and reed-in rule were introduced. ZDA beam warping machine was adopted and warping speed was 600 m/min. After optimizing sizing instruction, tensile strength increasing rate of sized warp can reach 21.7% and decreasing rate of hairiness can reach 82%. Rapier loom was adopted. Shed timing was designed as 290° and wea ving speed was 300 r/min. Finally loom efficiency can reach above 88%. The first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach above 92%. The first grade percentage put in storage can reach to above 99 %. It is considered that the smooth production can be ensured by optimizing all processes technology.
