摘  要:目的研究医用纸塑包装材料阻菌效果及其相关性能,为实际应用提供参考。方法采用营养琼脂攻击法和仪器测定法,对医用纸塑包装材料阻菌效果和抗拉伸强度等物理性能进行观察。结果经过最长5年时间加速老化试验的纸塑包装材料阻菌率达到100%。肉眼观察,处理后的纸塑包装材料外观无破损,不渗漏。通过相关仪器测定,该纸塑包装材料的拉伸强度,密封剥离强度和爆破强度均不受影响。结论加速老化试验对纸塑包装材料阻菌效果无明显影响,物理性能稳定,外观也无变化。Objective To study the microbial barrier effect and performance of paper plastic packaging materials,provide a reference for practical application. Methods Nutrient agar attack tests and instrument measuring methods were used to detect and evaluate the influence of accelerated aging test of paper plastic packaging materials 'microbial barrier,tensile strength and other physical properties. Results After 1- 5 years of accelerated aging test paper of plastic packaging materials,the percent of microbial barrier was 100%. The visual inspection without breakage and spillage,tensile strength,seal peel strength and bursting strength were not affected. Conclusion The accelerated aging test has no obvious influence on the microbial barrier of paper plastic packaging materials,the physical properties are stable and appearance has no change.
