摘 要:目的了解创面感染多重耐药菌(MDRO)的分布及感染危险因素,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法通过临床观察和细菌分离鉴定技术,对上海市某医院住院患者创面标本进行检测与结果分析。结果调查期间从住院患者创面分泌物标本中分离出病原菌315株,含多重耐药菌217株,占68.89%。居前5位的MDRO分别有金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌和鲍曼不动杆菌。创面MDRO患者危险因素为有住院史、创面面积大、难愈性创面、近期使用抗菌药物和近期手术治疗者。结论创面感染病原菌中,多重耐药菌比例高,金黄色葡萄球菌为绝对优势菌。Objective To investigate the wound multidrug resistance organism( MDRO) distribution and risk factors for wound MDRO infection,so as to provide reference to prevent and control of wound MDRO infection. Methods Clinical observation,bacteria separation and identification technology were used to detect and analysis the wound specimens of hospitalized patients in a hospital. Results 315 strains of pathogenic bacterial isolated from wound during the investigation period and 217 strains( 68. 89%) belong to MDRO. The top five MDRO were Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii. Risk factors for wound MDRO patients were the history of hospitalization,large wound area,refractory wound,recent antibacterial drugs used and recent operation. Conclusion High proportion of MDRO existing on wound. Staphylococcus aureus are predominance bacterium absolutely.
