摘　　要：可持续发展理论的核心是公平,包括代内公平和代际公平。在处理当代人与后代人利益关系时,现有理论更加注重后代人的权益,即后代人优先原则,本文试图重构可持续发展理论,以期对人类的行为提供科学、有针对性、切合实际的指导。在处理代际公平问题上应坚持"当代人优先"的基本原则,没有当代人的存活,就没有后代的繁衍,解决好当代人的问题是可持续发展的基础。而在明确当代人优先基本原则的同时,明确当代人的责任,能做什么,该做什么,只有理清了当代人与后代人之间的关系,才能真正落实对后代人利益的保护。The core of sustainable development theory is equity, including Intra-generational equity and Inter-generation equity. When dealing with the relationship between contemporary and future generations, existing theories pay more attention to the rights and interests of future generations, that is, priority principle for future generations. This paper attempts to reconstruct the theory of sustainable development in order to provide scientific, targeted and practical guidance for human behavior. In deal- ing with the issue of Inter-generation equity, we should adhere to the basic principles of ＂Priority for contemporary generations＂. Without the survival of the contemporary, there will be no offspring, as a result, the foundation of sustainable development is to solve the problem of contemporary generations. While defining the basic principles of contemporary people, we should define our responsibilities, that is＂What can we do？＂ and ＂What should we do？＂, to clarify the relationship between contemporary and future generations. Only in this way can we truly implement the protection of the future generations ＇ interests.
