摘　　要：我国省际技术转移网络的"核心—边缘"结构特征明显,北京的核心地位不断凸显.深入探讨北京技术输出的模式及影响各模式转移效果的因素,对充分发挥北京的示范引领作用具有重要的理论和实践意义.本文利用多维尺度方法,从主体类型、合同类型两个维度,研究了北京的技术输出模式;构建技术转移的影响因素理论分析框架,并基于凯尼尔斯知识溢出模型,实证研究吸收能力、区域创新能力差距、地理距离、产业结构相似度、制度邻近性对北京技术输出的影响,针对性地提出促进北京与其他省份间技术转移的政策建议.Inter-provincial technology transfer network has a significant characteristics of core-periphery, and the core position of Beijing is becoming prominent. It has great theoretical and practical significances to study the modes of Beijing＇s technology export and its influencing factors. The multidimensional scaling methods were used to study the modes of Beijing＇s technology export from the perspectives of agents and contract types. The theoretical framework of technology transfer was established. Based on Caniels Knowledge Spillover Honeycomb model, it used the regression model to study the influences of absorptive capacity, regional innovation ability, geographical distance, proximity of in- dustrial structure, and institutional proximity on Beijing＇s technology export. Some suggestions were put forward for Bei- jing to promote inter-regional technology transfer.
