摘 要:随着光伏发电的深入研究与规模化应用,相应的光伏接入电网的变换器也得到了更广泛的关注与发展。文章对光伏电池的工作原理及输出模型进行研究与分析,并在MATALAB/Simulink环境下建立了光伏电池的仿真模型。随后对光伏电池常用最大功率点跟踪技术的各种方法进行比较分析,根据DC/DC变换电路的相关原理,选择变步长二分法作为最大功率点跟踪方法,研究设计了一款高效率高增益的光伏直流变换器。该变换器可直接将光伏发出的电能升压至直流母线的电压并网使用,大大降低了能量转换过程中的损耗以及光伏并网的成本,也提高了光伏转换效率。With the deep research and large-scale application of photovoltaic power generation,the converter of photovoltaic access grid has received more extensive attention and development. In this paper,the working principle and output model of photovoltaic cell were studied and analyzed,and the simulation model of photovoltaic cell was established under MATALAB/Simulink environment. According to the principle of DC/DC converter circuit,the variable step-size dichotomy was chosen as the maximum power point tracking method,and a high-efficiency high-gain tracking method was designed and researched,and then the photovoltaic DC converter with high-efficiency high-gain was designed. The converter can directly boost the electric energy from the photovoltaic to the DC bus. The energy conversion process of the loss and the cost of photovoltaic grid-connected were greatly reduced and the photovoltaic conversion efficiency was also improved.
