摘 要:针对目前市面上缺少工频、中频一体化的逆变电源,介绍了一种基于增强型51单片机产生400 Hz与50 Hz SPWM波的方法。该方法做到了工频、中频输出的一键切换,使其既能用于普通场合,又能用于一些中频需求的特殊场合。对产生的SPWM波形经分析和实际验证,结果表明,该方法驱动下的逆变器,无论400 Hz的中频输出或是50 Hz的工频输出,波形纯正,谐波含量少,频率精度高,充分验证了此方法产生工频与中频SPWM波的可行性、有效性,同时在实际生产生活中具有较高的参考价值和应用价值。In view of lack of inverter power supply with an all-in-one power frequency and medium frequency in the present market,this paper introduces a method of generating 400 Hz and 50 Hz SPWM wave based on enhanced 51 single-chip microcomputer. This method realizes the one-button switch of output of two types of frequency and it can be applied to both ordinary occasions and special cases that demand intermediate frequency. After analysis and practical verification of SPWM waveform,the results show that this method is able to generate good SPWM waveform of high precision; whether it is output of 400 Hz or 50 Hz frequency,the waveform is all pure and harmonic content is low,which fully verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this method to generate SPWM wave frequency and medium frequency. At the same time,this method has a high reference value and application value in the actual production.
