摘 要:背景子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMT)是育龄期妇女最常见的疾病之一,慢性顽固性疼痛是其最主要的临床症状,近年来研究发现EMT疼痛合并有明显的神经系统变化。目的综述EMT疼痛的神经机制。内容综述EMT疼痛的动物模型及特点、外周及中枢敏化机制以及脊髓电刺激(spinal cord stimulation, SCS)对EMT疼痛的治疗效应。趋向阐明EMT痛敏机制,可望为该病的疼痛管理提供新方法。Background Endometriosis (EMT) is one of the most common diseases in women of reproductive age, whose predominant clinical symptom is intractable chronic pain. Recent studies indicate that EMT-associated pain is related to significant changes in the nervous system. Objective To review the neural mechanisms underlying EMT-associated pain. Content To review the animal models and characteristics of EMT-associated pain, mechanisms of peripheral and central sensitization, and the effect of spinal cord stimulation (SCS) on the treatment of EMT-associated pain. Trend To illuminate the mechanisms underlying EMT-associated hyperalgesia may provide a new viable method for the management of EMT-associated pain.
