摘　　要：现代大学作为社会的核心机构,其治理离不开"学生参与"。学生类型是影响"学生参与"的主要因素,不同类型学生对参与的认知和采取的行动有所不同。根据不同类型学生在参与中的表现,要完善现代大学治理,可以从制度化和非制度化两种方式入手,更好地发挥学生参与的作用。In modern society, it is obvious feature of participation. As a core institution, modern university governance can not be separated from ＂student participation＂. The types of students are the most important influencing factors of their participation. Different students＇ types have different cognition and actions. According to the different students＇ performance, it can be started from institutional and non-institutional ways to improve modern university governance and play a better role for student participation.
