马钱子配伍苏木对佐剂性关节炎大鼠炎症反应及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察马钱子配伍苏木(简称"马苏")对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠的治疗作用并探讨其机制。方法:马苏不同配比水煎剂连续灌胃给药32 d,游标卡尺测定大鼠两后足足跖厚度;摘取胸腺和脾,计算免疫器官系数;检测血流变和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量,滑膜组织中皮质醇(Cor)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量;HE染色法观察滑膜组织病理变化。结果:0.11 g/kg马苏1∶4、1∶6煎剂可明显抑制AA大鼠关节肿胀度,保护滑膜组织和免疫器官,改善血流变、滑膜组织病理变化。结论:马苏煎剂对AA具有防治作用,其作用机制与改善血流变、清除自由基和炎性介质、恢复抗氧化酶活性有关。Objective ： To observe the effect on Adjuvant Arthritis （AA） rats after using the compatibility of Nux vomica and Caesalpinina sappan （ For short ： N - C）. Methods ： Copy AA rat model, giving the different ratio of N - C. Use vernier caliper to determine the left and right rear fully plantar thickness of each group, respectively determining NO, SOD, MDA content in the serum, observing the change of synovial tissues, calculating coefficient of immune organs. Results： The N - C 110 mg/kg had obvious inhibitory effect in joint swelling degree, can reduce the thymus and spleen coefficients and reduce NO and MDA content in serum, increase SOD level, control the hemorheology and inflammatory response of synovial tissues. Conclusion： N -C can prevent and treat AA and protect the immune system, and its mechanism is im- proving hemorheology, reducing lipid peroxidation, antioxidanting enzymes activity. The better compatibility proportion is 1：6.
