益气扶正方对Lewis肺癌小鼠抑瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气扶正方对Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤生长的影响,并通过拆方和不同时间点预防性给药研究其抑瘤作用。方法:选用5周龄纯系C57BL/6雄性小鼠150只,将Lewis肺癌细胞悬液接种于小鼠右侧腋下建立皮下肺癌模型,接种后小鼠随机分组,治疗组给予相应中药汤剂灌胃,对照组给予同体积生理盐水,测量肿瘤体积大小并统计。结果:益气扶正方能抑制Lewis肺癌皮下移植瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长(P<0.05),拆方后的加减四君子汤和黄芪、党参、白术、茯苓、陈皮均未观察到抑瘤作用。益气扶正方接种前2周、接种前1周、接种后给药均能发挥抑瘤作用(P<0.05)。结论:益气扶正方能明显抑制Lewis肺癌皮下移植瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长,预防性给药则起效更早,抗癌作用更显著。Objective ： To observe the anti - tumor effects of Yiqi Fuzheng Decoction in mice with Lewis lung carcino- ma by decomposed recipes and different time of administration. Methods：The mice were divided randomly into different groups the day after modeling and each group included ten mice. Corresponding drugs were given to each group. Control group was treated with equal volume of normal saline. The tmnor volume was measured and analyzed. Results： Yiqi Fuzheng Decoction,not the decomposed recipes, inhibited the growth of tumor in mice with Lewis lung carcinoma （ P 〈 0. 05）. Yiqi Fuzheng Decoction treated 2 weeks or 1 week before model establishment and after model establishment ex- hibited anti - tumor effect（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Fuzheng Decoction can inhibit the growth of tumor in mice with Lewis lung carcinoma and the prophylactic administration has a better effect.
