摘 要:目的:制备人参皂苷Rg_1微乳剂,并对其理化性质进行考察。方法:选择适宜的油相、表面活性剂和助表面活性剂,利用伪三元相图筛选微乳处方,研制出适合经口给药的微乳制剂并对其进行表征。结果:所制备的人参皂苷Rg_1微乳剂为无色澄清、透明均一的溶液。最优处方为油酸乙酯:HS 15∶乙醇∶5%葡萄糖溶液=12.5∶33.0∶11.0∶43.5。结论:通过优化处方制备的人参皂苷Rg_1微乳理化性质稳定,载药量提高。Objective : To prepare ginsenoside Rg1 microemulsion and investigate its physical and chemical properties. Methods:The oil phase, surfactant and co -surfaetants were selected and the microemulsion formulation was prepared by the phase diagram of pseudo three phase diagram. A microemulsion formulation suitable for oral administration was devel- oped and its characterization was carried out. Results: A colorless, transparent and homogeneous solution were obtained by ginsenoside Rglmicroemulsion and optimal formulation was acetate: HS 15: ethanol: 5% glucose solution = 12.5 : 33.0:11.0 : 43.5. Conclusion: The physieoehemical properties of ginsenoside Rg1 mieroemulsion prepared were stable and the amount of drug loading was improved by the optimized formulation.
