摘　　要：OFDI的本质是追求差异优势的协同相生,境外产业园与他组织的差异协同优势基础是OFDI的前提和关键。中国LED产业在"一带一路"区域具有生产能力、市场规模等协同基础,应按照创新生态和协同机理的要求,深入把握目标市场的LED渗透政策、认证标准、经济成本、文化友好等多种系统要素,以建设境外园区为重要节点,构建人才流、物流、商流、资金流和信息流畅通的LED产业创新生态网络系统,实现协同优势的最大化。The essence of OFDI is the pursuit of the different advantages of collaborative development.The foundation of the cooperative advantage of the overseas industrial parks and the outside organizations is the premise and key of OFDI. Chinese LED industry in the ＂Belt and Road＂areas has the foundation for production capacity transfer and market scale,so in accordance with the innovation and cooperation mechanism and the ecological requirements,it should grasp the policy of LED penetration in the target market,the LED certification standards,economic costs,and cultural friendliness etc.,to build overseas parks and construct an innovative ecological LED industrial network system which consists of personnel flow,logistics,business flow,capital flow and information flow,in order to maximize the collaborative advantages.
