早期高压氧治疗透明质酸钠凝胶注射隆鼻术并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察早期高压氧治疗对透明质酸钠凝胶（hyaluronic acid,HA）注射隆鼻术后并发症的治疗效果。方法：回顾性收集我科在2014年12月-2016年6月期间收治的HA注射隆鼻术后并发症患者17例,这些病例均给予了早期规律的高压氧治疗及常规治疗,比较治疗前后患者面部瘀斑面积、红肿程度、视力及面眼部炎症情况的变化。结果：给予早期高压氧治疗后患者面部瘀斑面积明显缩小,视力提高,炎症减轻,大部分患者得到治愈。结论：早期高压氧治疗可改善HA注射隆鼻术后并发症,尤其是面部血管栓塞及视网膜中央动脉栓塞等导致的缺血缺氧性症状,并预防感染、改善预后。[Objective]To provide support for optimizing management policies by understanding current situation of the village-level animal health workers.[Methods]An investigation was carried out towards targeted groups from south,middle and north Jiangsu Province to acquire information of their identities,ages,education backgrounds,management modes and sources of subsidy. [Results] In Jiangsu province,rural veterinarians often served concurrently as animal health workers,the number of which was related to the development of local animal husbandry. Most of them were at young and middle-age,with relatively low education attainments. 3 employment modes existed in these animal health workers,including signing agreements with government,being managed by clinical organizations,and commercialized operation. The fi nancial subsidy were mostly derived from provincial and county governments,rarely from municipal finance.[Conclusion] Some suggestions were put forward,such as further strengthening technical training,optimizing mechanism of subsidy and innovating the management system,so as to batter satisfy the demands of production mode transformation in animal husbandry.
