摘　　要：本文介绍了OIE动物福利标准的工作进展,包括其制定程序、工作组情况、修订现状及成员国义务等,分析了GATT协定、WTO协定、SPS协议、TBT协议与动物福利的关系,阐述了动物福利私立标准与规范,介绍了OIE下一步的工作重点以及未来动物福利在国际贸易中产生的影响。Since OIE took the global leadership role in setting global animal welfare standards, an impressive number of achievements have been made. In this article, its work progress containing establishment procedures, working groups and obligations of member countries were introduced. Relationships between animal welfare and four international agreements of GATT, WTO, SPS and TBT agreement and the private standards and specifications for animal welfare were stated. At the end, an introduction on the next focus of OIE and effects of animal welfare on international trade in the future was also made.
