摘　　要：机动车安全技术检验社会化已经全面实现了多年,从硬件条件、服务质量及检验工作的公正性、透明度等方面较以前有了明显的改善。但随着社会化后市场竞争日趋激烈、国家新政策的出台、GB 21861-2014《机动车安全技术检验项目和方法》过渡期已满,今年将全面贯彻实施,随之而来的新问题不断涌现,而且花样繁多、方法隐蔽。整理和总结近期机动车安全技术检验的管理及审批工作中发现的问题,希望这些问题的揭露和剖析对大家有所启发,毕竟机动车安全技术检验责任重大,对其风险的识别、管控和防范一刻也不容松懈。The socialization of motor vehicle years, from the hardware conditions, service safety technology has been fnlly realized for many quality, the fairness and transparency of inspection work have been significantly improved compared with the previous. But with the increasingly fierce market competition after socialization and the introduction of new national policies, GB 21861-2014 motor vehicle safety technology inspection projects and methods transition period is full and will be lhlly implemented in this year. The new problems are emerging in various hidden ways. This article is the arrangement and summary of recent work by the author. It is hoped that the exposition and analysis of these issues could inspire readers. After all, motor vehicle safety and technical inspection are of significant responsibility, the identification, control and prevention of risk can not be loosened even for a minute.
