摘  要:为研究两种桑树原料(桑树粉和桑树枝)水提物对桑黄液态深层发酵的影响,对平板培养基桑黄菌丝体生长的关键影响因子进行筛选,得出桑树粉可作为生长因子;通过种子培养和发酵培养试验,探究桑树粉或桑树枝对桑黄液态发酵的影响。结果表明:3%桑树粉及2%桑树枝对桑黄菌丝体在种子培养基中的生长具有促进效果,且该条件下的菌丝体干重达到最大,分别为7.75 g/L和5.16 g/L,较空白对照分别提高了133.43%和55.42%。发酵培养基中,3%桑树粉促进桑黄菌丝体生长作用最显著,最大生物量达到17.15 g/L,较空白提高了16.43%,而桑树枝对桑黄菌丝体生长产生抑制作用。该两种桑树水提物对桑黄液态深层发酵的研究,能为桑黄液体发酵及规模化生产提供参考依据。To explore the effects of two kinds of mulberry ( mulberry powder and mulberry branches) extractson liquid submerged fermentation of Sanghuangporus sanghuang, the key factor of the growth of mycelia on PDAmedium were investigated, and the result was mulberry powder extracts. Then seed culture and fermentationexperiments were done to explore the impact of mulberry powder and mulberry branches extracts on liquidsubmerged fermentation of Sanghuangporus sanghuang. The results showed that mulberry powder and mulberrybranches extracts had significant impacts on the growth of Sanghuangporus sanghuang. The yield of mycelia wasthe highest when mulberry powder and mulberry branches extracts were 3% and 2%, reached 7.75 g/L and5.16 g/L,which were 133.43% and 55.42% higher than the control. Highest yield of mycelia was reached17.15 g/L when mulberry powder extracts were reached 3% in fermentation medium, while mulberry branchesextracts had inhibitive effect. Moreover, this study presented a scientific basis for further liquid fermentation andfacilitate production on larger scales.
