摘 要:凝胶体系研制过程中常用有毒有害的甲醛作为引发剂合成树脂交联剂,不符合现行法律安全环保要求,自主研制用糠醛取代甲醛合成糠醛树脂交联剂及其凝胶体系的方法及配方。现场实验结果表明,环保型糠醛树脂凝胶体系具有较好的耐温、耐盐性能,岩心封堵率大于90%,在低渗透裂缝性储层现场应用6井次,措施后封堵效果明显,吸水剖面改善良好,增产原油985t,经济创效360万元,投入产出比1∶2.4,有效保障了水驱开发的效果,在低渗透裂缝性储层具有较大的应用潜力。Formaldehyde is always used as initiator during the process of gel system production,which is against the current law's requirements.In this paper,formaldehyde is replaced with environment-friendly furfural to compound cross-linking agent and the gel system formula is determined.The furfural resin gel system was resistant to high temperature and salt,and the plugging efficiency was greater than 90%.The gel system was applied in 6wells at low permeable fractured reservoirs.The plugging effect was obvious and the water injection profile was improved,which brought 985 tons of crude oil increase and economic benefit of 3.6million yuan.The input-output ratio was 1:2.4,showing great utilization potentiality and effectively protecting water flooding effects in low permeability fractured reservoir.
