摘 要:为了实现高铁轴承外圈的精确成形,应用ABAQUS软件进行有限元模拟,系统分析了驱动辊转速、芯辊直线进给速度和轧制比对高铁轴承外圈冷辗扩成形力能参数的影响。结果显示,随驱动辊转速的提高,轧制力和轧制力矩逐渐减小;随芯辊直线进给速度的增加,轧制力逐渐增加,而轧制力矩先增加后减少;随坯料轧制比的增加,轧制力和轧制力矩逐渐增加。随后,进行了类比轧制力矩实验测试与验证,验证结果说明了本文所建立的模型的正确性。To achieve precision forming of bearing outer ring for high-speed rail,the finite element simulation of cold rolling process was carried out by using ABAQUS software,and the influence of process parameters of roller speed,linear feed speed of mandrel and rolling ratio for cold ring rolling on the mechanical parameters of outer ring of high-speed rail was systematic analyzed. The results show that the rolling force and rolling torque decrease gradually with the increase of the roller speed; the rolling force gradually increases and the rolling torque first increases and then decreases with the increase of linear feed speed of mandrel; the rolling force and rolling torque decrease with the increase of the ratio of the blank. Then the test and verification of rolling force were carried out,which show the correctness of the established model.
