摘 要:为评价7075铝合金搅拌摩擦焊构件的可时效成形性,基于机械加载时效成形试验,对比研究了时效温度为180℃时不同时效时间下的T型搅拌摩擦焊构件和非焊构件的时效成形规律。结果表明,T型搅拌摩擦焊工艺的存在对7075铝合金构件时效成形回弹率有显著影响,有利于构件的成形,且随着时效时间的延长,构件回弹率呈现先减小后增大的趋势,时效时间为12 h时回弹率达到最小值。时效成形过程对焊接构件拉伸性能有一定影响,但受焊接接头不均匀特征的影响,时效成形后构件的拉伸性能低于非焊构件,接头焊缝前进侧为其薄弱区。In order to evaluate the age foimability of the friction stir welded (FSW) structures of 7075 aluminum alloy, the age forming characteristics of the T-shaped FSW samples and non-welded ones were comparatively investigated with a specific aging temperature of 180 ~C and different aging time on the basis of mechanical loading age forming experiments. Results show that, the existing of FSW tech- nology has a significant influence on the springback ratio of the age formed 7075 aluminum samples, which is beneficial to structure de- formation. And a trend of first decreasing and then increasing is presented upon springback ratio with the increasing of aging time, and with an aging time of 12 h, the springback ratio reaches a minimum. The age forming processes have a certain influence on the tensile properties of the age formed FSW parts, however, compared with the non-welded samples, much lower tensile properties appear on the FSW samples for the uneven characteristics of FSW joints, and the advancing side of the joints is the weak area of the parts.
