高龄人群的全因死亡分析

摘　　要：目的分析北京协和医院保健医疗部近4年在院高龄患者的死亡原因。方法选取2011年10月~2015年11月北京协和医院保健医疗部80岁以上死亡患者共68例,根据病历和死亡讨论,分析所有患者的死亡原因,统计死因构成。结果2011年10月~2015年11月,保健医疗部高龄患者的主要死因是感染导致器官功能衰竭占53%,恶性肿瘤占19%,心源性死亡占18%,呼吸功能衰竭占6%,其他原因(脑出血、动脉瘤破裂)占4%。感染性致死疾病中,肺部感染占95%。结论在高龄老年人群中,常见死亡原因依次为感染导致器官功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤、心源性死亡、呼吸功能衰竭及其他,感染致死中肺部感染占绝大多数。因此,预防感染尤其是肺部感染,对延长高龄老人生命有重要意义。Objective To analyze the causes of death of the patients in the Department of health care in Peking Union Medical College Hospital in recent 4 years. Methods From October 2011 to November 2015,68 patients who were older than 80 years were died in the Department of health care in Peking Union Medical College Hospital. All the causes of death were recorded according to the medical records and analyzed. Results The main causes of death and their percentage were infectious diseases53%,malignant tumors 19%,cardiac death 18%,respiratory failure 6%,others 4% including mainly cerebral hemorrhage and rupture of aneurysms. In infectious diseases,pulmonary infections were most popular which accounted for 95%. Conclusion the common causes of death in the elderly population are the infectious diseases which result in organ function failure,malignant tumor,cardiac death,respiratory failure and other factors. Among the infectious diseases,pulmonary infection accounted for the vast majority,so the prevention of infection,especially pulmonary infection,is very important for the extension of the old people＇s life.
