摘  要:针对铜铅锌多金属硫化矿可浮性相近、精矿互含的选矿难题,为获得合格的铅精矿和铜精矿产品,对临沧某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿混合浮选得到的铜铅混合精矿进行选矿试验研究.混合精矿中铜品位9.86%,铅品位31.26%,主要研究了亚硫酸+硫化钠+淀粉组成的组合抑制剂对铅的抑制作用,对三种药剂的配比及组合药剂的用量进行试验.最终,通过闭路流程得到铜精矿铜品位20.41%、回收率77.09%,铅精矿铅品位48.68%、回收率97.73%的,实现了铜铅的有效分离.Lincang mixed copper-lead concentrate of a certain copper-lead-zinc multi-metal sulphide ore after bulk preferential flotation is studied to solve the technological problems such as similar floatability and mutual containing of copper-lead,so as to obtain qualified copper concentrate and lead concentrate. The grade of copper is 9. 86% and the lead concentrate is 31. 26% in the mixed concentrate. The effect of combined inhibitor on lead is mainly studied. The best ratio of the three reagent and the optimal dosage are then determined. Ultimately,after the closed-circuit test,the grade of copper concentrate is 20. 41%,the recovery being 77. 09%,and the grade of lead concentrate is 48. 68%,the recovery being 97. 73%,thus a good separation effect of copper-lead mixed concentrate is achieved.
