摘  要:为解决传统缆索吊施工中存在的吊装干扰和施工避让等问题,实现缆索吊的双向移动.将主索与地锚系统分离,并通过中间可移动设备将主索力传递到地锚系统中,地锚系统作为整个系统的主要受力部分,关系到整个桥梁的安全,因此需要对其进行结构设计以及稳定分析.双向移动缆索吊依托托巴大桥实际工程并通过在试验过程中的不断改进,最终成功运行,测得地锚梁水平最大变形0.001 73m,竖向变形-0.000 52 m,测试结果与稳定分析之间的差值不超过±10%.结果表明,地锚系统结构设计中受力分析采用的假设及计算方法达到实际工程的要求,作为判断稳定性标志的地锚梁与岩层的接触面无相对位移,地锚梁整体稳定性良好,在实际受力过程中作为弹性体产生弹性变形.To solve the lifting interference and the construction avoiding during the traditional construction of cable crane,and to achieve the bidirectional movement,the main cable and the ground anchor system are separated in this paper. The main cable force is transferred to the ground anchor system through the middle movable device. As the main part of the whole system,the ground anchor system is critical to the safety of the whole bridge,so it is necessary to design and verify the stability of the system. The bidirectional movement cable system,which is based on an actual project of the Toba bridge and continuous improvement in the experimental process,eventually runs successfully. The maximum horizontal deformation of the anchor beam is 0. 001 73 m,and the vertical deformation is-0. 000 52 m,the difference between the test results and the stability analysis is not more than ± 10%. As is shown by the results,the assumption and calculation method of stress analysis in the structure design of the ground anchor system can meet the requirements of practical engineering. The contact surface of the anchor beam and rock stratum,which is used as a criterion to judge the stability sign,has no relative displacement. The integral stability of the ground anchor beam is good,and the elastic deformation of the elastic body is produced in the course of the actual stress.
