桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的手术治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的手术治疗效果。方法:抽取2013年12月~2015年5月在某院就诊的100例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者进行临床研究,根据AO原则及患者病情不同,给予患者简单内固定联合外固定架固定、钛板螺钉内固定及单纯外固定架固定治疗,治疗结束后观察比对3组患者的治疗情况。结果:治疗结果显示,92例功能满意,3例功能认可,1例功能不满意,手术治疗满意度为95.23%。治疗前,桡骨尺偏角平均值、掌倾角分别为(28.1±3.0)°、(15.5±2.8)°,治疗后平均尺偏角、掌倾角分别为(20.1±2.5)°、(8.6±2.5)°,治疗后平均尺偏角和掌倾角均得到显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者给与手术治疗可最大限度恢复桡骨及持股关节面平整、尺偏角、相对长度及掌倾角具有重要作用,术后加以适当的功能康复锻炼可促进腕关节恢复。Objective：To observe the effect of surgery in the treatment of comminuted fractures of distal radius.Methods：100cases of patients with comminuted fractures of distal radius treated in a hospital from December 2013 of May 2015 were selected and clinically researched.According to the AO principles and different conditions of patients,patients were treated with simple internal fixation combined external fixator fixation,titanium plate internal fixation and simple external fixation,then observed and compared the treatment conditions after treatment of three groups.Results：After treatment,the surgical treatment satisfaction was95.23%,with 92 cases of functional satisfaction,3cases of functional approval,and 1cases of functional dissatisfaction.Before treatment,the average value of radius ulnar deviation and palm inclination was（28.1±3.0）degrees and（15.5±2.8）degrees respectively,and after treatment,the average ulnar deviation and palm inclination was（20.1±2.5）degrees and（8.6±2.5）degrees respectively,which both average ulnar deviation and palm inclination were improved significantly after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The surgery in the treatment of comminuted fracture of distal radius has important function to maximumly recover formation of radius and shareholding,ulnar deviation,relative length and palm inclination,and appropriate functional rehabilitation exercise after operation can promote the recovery of wrist joints.
