非布司他治疗痛风及高尿酸血症的可行性及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:研究非布司他治疗痛风及高尿酸血症的可行性及安全性,探讨其临床适用性。方法:取2013年1月~2015年12月在某院就诊的166例高尿酸血症及痛风患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各83例,对照组口服别嘌醇片治疗,实验组口服非布司他片治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后血清尿酸水平及治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前两组患者血清尿酸水平无明显差异,治疗后实验组患者血清尿酸水平明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者不良反应发生(率)为9(10.84%)例,明显高于实验组患者2(2.41%)例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非布司他治疗痛风及高尿酸血症的疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the feasibility and safety of febuxostat in the treatment of gout and hyperuricemia,and to explore its clinical applicability.Methods：166patients with hyperuricemia and gout treated in a hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 83 cases in each group.The control group was given oral allopurinol tablets treatment,and the experimental group was treated with febuxostat tablet,then compared the serum uric acid level before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in serum uric acid level between the two groups before treatment,and the serum uric acid level of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group,which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of control group（10.84%）was significantly higher than that of experimental group（2.41%）,which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Febuxostat in the treatment of gout and hyperuricemia has significant effects,with low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
