双氢克尿塞对高血压患者血脂、血糖代谢的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究高血压患者使用双氢克尿塞对其的血脂、血糖代谢的影响。方法:选取2015年7月~2016年7月于某院就诊的高血压患者200例,将其均分成对照组和实验组。实验组服用双氢克尿塞,对照组服用吲达帕胺,3个月后测量患者各项指标。结果:组内对比显示,实验组患者在口服血糖前后,血糖明显升高,而三酰甘油和胆固醇则无明显变化,对照组患者各项指标均无明显变化。结论:高血压患者服用双氢克尿塞后,对血糖代谢产生显著影响,对胆固醇、血脂影响不大。Objective：To explore the effect of hydrochlorothiazide on blood lipid and blood glucose metabolism in patients with hypertension.Methods：200patients with hypertension treated in a hospital from July2015 to July were selected and divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group was given hydrochlorothiazide treatment,and the control group was given indapamide treatment,then the indexes were measured after three months.Results：Compared within the group,the blood glucose of patients before and after oral administration of hydrochlorothiazide in the experimental group were significantly increased,while the triacylglycerol and cholesterol were not significantly changed,and all indicators of control group had no significant changes.Conclusion：Patients with hypertension taking hydrochlorothiazide has the remarkable influence on the blood sugar metabolism,to the cholesterol,with little influence on cholesterol and blood lipid.
