孕期保健服务模式优化的研究

摘　　要：目的:探索新的孕期保健服务模式,提高孕期保健质量。方法:采用问卷调查和统计分析的方法对2012年1月~2015年12月运行的孕期保健服务模式进行回顾性的分析,以了解孕期保健服务模式现状,在此基础上建立新的孕期保健服务模式并开始实施,通过对比新的服务模式实施前后(2012年1月~2013年12月vs 2014年1月~2015年12月)的成效,评估新的服务模式的优越性。结果:观察组孕产妇早孕建册率、产前筛查率、高危妊娠筛查率、产后42d健康检查率、纯母乳喂养率、孕产妇满意度及社会效益明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;剖宫产率、产后抑郁发生率、出生缺陷发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:新的孕期保健服务模式有助于改善妊娠结局,降低剖宫产率,促进母婴健康,提高生命质量。Objective：To explore the new model of health care service in pregnancy and improve the quality of health care in pregnancy.Methods：The prenatal care service model from January 2012 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed using the methods of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to understand the status of health care services in pregnancy.On this basis,the new model of health care was established and started to implement during pregnancy.Then the superiority of the new service model was evaluated through the contrast of the effects before and after the implementation of the new service model.Results：The early pregnancy rate,prenatal screening rate,high-risk pregnancy screening rate,health examination rate of postpartum 42 days,exclusive breastfeeding rate,maternal satisfaction and social benefits of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,which the differences were statistically significant;In addition,the cesarean section rate,and the incidence of postpartum depression and birth defects were significantly lower than those of control group,which the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：The new model of health care service in pregnancy can improve pregnancy outcomes,reduce the rate of cesarean section,promote maternal and infant health,and improve the quality of life.
