摘 要:[目的]了解野外环境中不同光照条件(不同郁闭度)软腐病对石栽铁皮石斛的影响。[方法]对贵州兴义原生态石栽铁皮石斛软腐病发生情况进行调查。[结果]连续降雨条件下,铁皮石斛软腐病的发生与郁闭度呈极显著的正相关关系,最适宜的郁闭度为0.2~0.4,当郁闭度超过0.6时,母株和新芽发病较严重,而且新芽达到4级时发病程度比母株高。[结论]调查结果为原生态石栽种植铁皮石斛提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to understand effects of damping-off disease under different light conditions ( canopy density) on Dendrobium officinale planted on the stone. [ Method] We investigated and analyzed damping-off disease incidence of Dendrobium officinale which planted on the stone in Xingyi of Guizhou. [ Result] Under continuous rainfall ,damping-off disease occurrence and canopy density were significantly positive correlation relationship;the most suitable canopy density was 0.2 -0.4, and when the canopy density was greater than 0.6, the incidence of maternal and sprouts was serious and shoots reached 4 incidence ratio was high. [ Conclusion ] The results provide theoretical basis for planting Dendrobium officinale on the stone in original ecology.
