摘 要:针对巨峰葡萄功能叶黄化的问题开展了营养诊断分析,确诊了缺镁是其黄化的主要原因。通过补充(设5 kg、7.5 kg和10 kg三个水平)镁、铁、锌、锰后发现,以上元素均可有效减轻葡萄叶片黄化的发生,并使果实品质有一定程度提高,其中以每667 m2单独施硫酸镁10 kg或柠檬酸铁5 kg或硫酸锌5 kg或硫酸锰5 kg效果最好;通过对处理后叶片中元素含量分析发现,该园镁元素依然处于较低水平,其它元素含量正常,可在以后施肥过程中继续添加镁元素。The nutrient diagnosis and prevention were conducted for the yellowing leaves in local vineyard of Kyoho by single (5 kg, 7.5 kg and 10 kg level, respectively) element application. The results showed that Mg deficiency was the main reason for the leaves yellowing; single application of magnesium sulfate 10 kg/667m^2, ferric citrate 5 kg/667m^2, zinc sulfate 5 kg/667m^2 or manganese sulfate 5 kg/667m^2 respectively, could improve the eaves yellowing symptom and berry quality. After analysis the elements content in leaves, found that Mg content was low in local vineyard, while other elements content were normal, so we suggested that Mg should be added in next fertilization.
