摘　　要：陕西公共图书馆服务联盟成员馆在告别传统的手工运行模式后,在新技术应用方面有了更高的要求,越来越多的成员馆有了建设网站的需要。文章对陕西省图书馆现有的软件、硬件基础设施进行了分析,提出了利用陕西省馆软件、硬件和技术力量,协助联盟成员馆建设网站的方案,并详细介绍了网站建设方案的设计和实现过程。After Member libraries of Shaanxi Public Library Service Consortia bid farewell to the traditional manual running mode, they had higher demands on the application of new technologies, and an increasing number of them need construct websites. This paper analyzed the existing software and hardware infrastructure of Shaanxi Library, and proposed the website building program by using library＇ s software, hardware and technical strength, and introduced the design and implementation process of website building program.
