摘　　要："互联网+"作为一种新的经济形态,引起了社会生活方式和社会管理模式的变革,全民阅读也不例外。积极主动地把阅读文化服务与"互联网+"相结合,培育"阅读+"的意识,探讨全民阅读服务创新方式,营造全民阅读服务环境,有助于打造一个系统完善、覆盖全面的全民阅读服务体系。＂Internet ＋＂ as a new economic form, has caused the transformation of social lifestyle and social management mode,while the reading is no exception. Library should be proactive in combining the reading culture service and elements with ＂Internet＋＂, cultivate the consciousness of ＂reading ＋＂ and discuss the innovation way of reading service, and create a nationwide reading service environment, to help build a nationwide reading service system with perfect functions and comprehensive coverage.
