摘　　要：通过分析目前高校周转住房管理的现状和面临的问题,指出了进一步加强高校周转住房管理的必要性和紧迫性。针对目前高校周转住房中存在的主要问题提出了解决方法和途径。同时,介绍了西南交通大学在周转住房管理中所做的一些探索与实践。By analyzing the present situation and the problems in the management of turnover housing in colleges and universities,the necessity and urgency of strengthening the management of turnover housing are pointed out.Aiming at the main problems in the management of university turnover housing,the solutions and paths to solve the problems are put forward.Meanwhile,some exploration and practice on the management of the turnover housing in Southwest Jiaotong University are introduced.
