摘  要:以Sc_2O_3与NH_4HF_2为原料,通过自制氟化设备干法氟化制备了高纯氟化钪。X-射线衍射分析表明,氟化产物单一,均是ScF_3,氟化转化率为99.2%。通过ICP-AES对产物所含稀土成分分析,结果满足制备金属Sc的要求。通过几组试验对比,获取最佳氟化参数。In this paper,S2O3 and NH4HF2 powder as xeransis fluorination with the self-made equipment. raw material, a high purity scandium fluoride was prepared by X-ray diffraction analysis showed that fluoride was purified single, ScF3 , and the conversion rate was 99.2%. Through the analysis of the rare earth elements in the product by ICP-AES,the results meet the requirements of the preparation of metal Sc. Comparing several experiments, the optimum parameters of fluorination were obtained.
