摘　　要：以东盟技术贸易领域2005~2015年国际收支平衡表时间序列数据为基础,研究近十年东盟技术贸易的发展历程。通过实证比较,剖析东盟的技术贸易总量与结构发展趋势;通过对贸易竞争优势指数的分析,研究东盟各国在知识产权贸易与电信、计算机和信息服务贸易中的比较竞争优势。归纳中国与东盟技术贸易的相似性与差异性,并基于此提出中国与东盟开展技术贸易的两点对策建议:首先,要根据东盟各国不同的经济发展水平实施差异化技术合作;其次,基于技术梯度转移理论,要适时推进差异化的技术转移落地模式。Based on the time series data of the international balance of payments from 2005 to 2015, the process of the ASEAN technology trade is researched in this paper. Through empirical comparative analysis, the trend of the volume and structure for the ASEAN technology trade is investigated. With the analysis of the Trade Specialization Coefficient （TSG）, the comparative competitive advantages on the trade of intellectual property and telecommunications,computer and information services for different ASEAN countries are studied. The similarity and difference between China and the ASEAN are concluded and two suggestions on China-ASEAN technology trade are provided. First, the differentiating strategies Df technology cooperation should be implemented base on the economic levels for different countries of ASEAN. Second,the differentiating technology transfer modes should be promoted at the right time based on the technology gradient transfer theary.
