摘  要:目的:应用欧洲营养筛查方法(NRS 2002)分析住院病人营养风险,并探讨营养支持的效果和合理性。方法:选取694例住院病人采用NRS 2002进行营养风险调查,依据病人是否接受营养支持和营养支持的类型,分析营养支持对病人临床结局的影响。结果:在694例住院病人中,营养不良率和营养风险发生率分别为为14.0%和27.5%。有营养风险的病人并发症的发生率显著高于无营养风险的病人(P<0.01)。有营养问题的病人中接受营养支持者占总支持人数的81.7%,而无营养风险的病人中接受营养支持者占总支持人数的18.3%。在营养风险病人中,给予营养支持者并发症的发生率明显减少,缩短了住院时间。在营养风险病人中,肠内营养(EN)病人并发症的发生率也明显低于接受肠外营养(PN)者。结论:采用NRS 2002对住院病人营养风险和营养支持率的调查,可有效地鉴别住院病人的营养风险,并为营养支持提供依据。Objective: The present study was aimed to evaluate the nutritional risk using nutritional risk screening 2002 (NRS2002) score and to investigate the impact of nutrition support on clinical outcome in hospitalized patients. Methods: Six hundred and ninety four hospitalized patients were recruited. NRS 2002 was applied to evaluate the nutritional risk of patients. Meanwhile, the effect of nutri- tion support on complication rate was evaluated between different types of patients. Results : 14.0% of patients had malnutrition and the incidence of nutritional risk was 27.5 %. Patients with nutritional risk had a higher complication rate (P 〈 0.01 ). Totally, 22.0% (153/694) patients received nutrition support, including 81.7% patients with nutritional risk and 18.3% patients without nutritional risk. Patients with nutritional risk benefited from nutrition support, as shown by lower complication rate and shorter lower complication rate and reduced length of hospital stay.
