中国科技期刊国际化之路——从“被国际化”到真正走向“国际化”

摘　　要：近年来,我国科技期刊国际化进程正在如火如荼地进行。科技期刊国际化的指标可以分为期刊内容的国际化和内容以外其他方面的国际化2大类,主要表现为编委会国际化、审稿国际化、稿源国际化、语言载体国际化等具体的指标;但这只是中国科技期刊国际化之路的初级阶段,即"被国际化"过程,该阶段的目的是提高期刊的学术质量和提升国际影响力。而要真正实现"国际化",中国科技期刊还需变革管理体制和运行机制,进行集团化经营,打造一个国家层面的出版发布平台,参与到期刊国际化的竞争中。In recent years,Chinese sci-tech journals have been carrying out vigorous initiatives to be international.It is pointed out that the parameters of being international can be divided into two major groups：international contents and other factors including the international editorial board,peer review,manuscript source,language,editing and printing process,etc.But many journals are still at the primary stage in the road to be international,which aims to improve the academic quality and influence of a scientific journal.In order to be truly international,Chinese sci-tech journals should change management system and operation mechanism,undertake group management,establish a national level publishing platform,and participate in the competition of periodical internationalization.
