摘　　要：2016年汛期,湖南省降雨频繁,总量偏多,共发生15次造成较大汛情和灾情的强降雨过程,多个站点降雨量超过历史记录值,多条河流出现超历史洪水,洞庭湖地区水位全面超警戒,灾害损失严重。面对严峻汛情,全省上下,积极应对,获得了防汛抗灾工作的胜利。通过总结2016年度雨水灾情概况、防汛抗灾成效、防灾减灾措施、经验与启示以及防灾过程中出现的一些薄弱环节,以期为今后防洪减灾工作提供参考。In 2016 flood season, the rainfall of Hunan Province was very frequent and the total precipitation was more than normal. In the flood season, 15 heavy rainfall processes caused large floods and disasters and the precipitation in many stations exceeded historic maximum values, especially in Dongting Lake area, all water levels were over the flood warning level and the damage was very serious. Facing the severe floods, the people of the province all made great efforts to control flood and mitigate disasters and finally achieved flood fighting victory. The general situation of rainfall, flood and disasters, flood control and disaster mitigation effect and measures, experiences and enlightenment, weak links in the flood prevention process are summarized, which could provide references for the follow - up flood control and disaster mitigation work.
