摘　　要：W锅炉Y型油枪燃烧重油高温下易析碳结焦,堵塞油枪喷嘴和枪管。针对1台新建锅炉调试启动过程中油枪出现的连续灭火、雾化不良、油流量逐渐减小,甚至无油流等油枪堵塞现象,分析其堵塞原因,采取了相应的防堵塞改造及优化措施。实施这些措施后,油枪堵塞现象明显改善,在锅炉以后的启动过程中,油枪运行良好,再无堵塞现象。从根本上解决了油枪清理问题,可确保油枪长期、持续运行。While W boiler Y type oil gun burning heavy oil,carbon deposition,coking,nozzle and oil pipe blockage usually happened. Based on the incident of continuous extinguishment,poor atomization and continuous decreased oil flow that happened during a newly built boiler commissioning,the blockage cause was analyzed. Treatment and improvement measurements was taken accordingly. After treatment,the oil gun blockage was significantly improved,and work fine during boiler start. The problem of oil gun cleaning was fundamentally solved. Oil gun long term and continuous operation was ensured.
