摘 要:针对储能系统应用于风电场提出配置方法为决策者提供规划指导。研究储能对于风电的"削峰填谷"和"平抑波动",提出"双应用"概念;在分析以削峰率划分双层控制区、以风电并网标准约束变时间常数一阶低通滤波的基础上,提出双应用的储能容量配置策略及计算方法,并基于全寿命周期成本理论构建储能系统的经济模型,对储容配置方案进行经济性评估及经济灵敏度分析。通过对张北某风电场的储能容量配置实例的仿真分析和比较,验证了该配置方法的有效性以及风储联合双应用技术的经济价值。A capacity configuration method for applying energy storage system (ESS) to wind farms is proposed to pro- vide planning guidance for decision-makers. The concept of "double application" is put forward based on the study of two basic scenarios in grid-connected farms with ESS, i.e., "peak shaving" and "smooth fluctuation", where the twolayer control zones are divided by peak-shaving rate, and the variable first-order time constant of low-pass filter is constrained by connection condition. Based on the life-cycle cost theory, the ESS economic model is established to conduct economic evaluation and sensitivity analysis. The simulation analysis and comparison of the energy storage capacity configuration scheme of a wind farm in Zhangbei City verify the effectiveness of the configuration method, and the technical and economic value of the "double application" of the wind-ESS coordination.
