摘  要:完善的充换电设施运维体系是实现电动汽车大规模推广的关键之一。首先在对现有技术分析的基础上,阐明了移动式检测技术研究的必要性;然后,根据对天津市充换电设备的调研分析,提出一种便捷高效的移动式检测方案;最后,试制检测装置并对充电机进行测试,验证了本方案的可行性。该方案采用整体高度集成、电阻柜分体式量身定做的灵活结构设计,结合基于层次分析法和熵权法的状态评估软件,可实现充电机的故障排查和周期巡检,对充电机的安全运行和电动汽车的普及具有重要意义。A mature operation and maintenance system for charging infrastructure is one of the important factors for large-scale electrical vehicle (EV)applications. First, based on the analysis of existing technology, the necessity of mobile detection technology is clarified in this paper. Then, through a survey on the charging equipment in Tianjin area, a convenient and efficient mobile detection scheme is proposed. Finally, mobile detection device is trial-manufactured and tested, verifying the feasibility of the proposed scheme. This scheme uses highly integrated, resistor split tailored and flexible design, and by using evaluation software based on analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method, it can meet the needs of troubleshooting and periodic inspection. It is of significance to the safe running of chargers and the popularization of EVs.
