摘  要:主动配电系统的发展给分布式电源的高度渗透并网创造了条件。针对多类型分布式电源和储能系统在主动配电系统中的接入位置及容量问题,从经济成本、电压质量以及局部自治区域功率波动3个方面建立了分布式电源和储能系统的多目标协调规划模型;并提出了改进的基于生物地理学优化算法,采用基于帕累托优胜关系的适应度设计方法构造适应度函数,实现了对多目标规划问题的求解。最后,通过IEEE33节点配电系统算例分析验证了所提模型及求解方法的有效性和合理性。The development of active distribution system creates opportunities for the high penetration of distributed generation. For the positions and capacities of various types of distributed generation and energy storage system in active distribution system, a multi-objective coordination planning model of distributed generation and energy storage system with three objectives of economic cost, voltage quality and power surge in local autonomy area is developed. An improved biogeography-based optimization algorithm is proposed, and the fitness value design method based on Pareto relationship is used to construct the fitness function for solving the multi-objective planning problem. Finally, the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed model and algorithm are verified by a case study on an IEEE 33-node distribution system.
