摘 要:L20是最近几年新开发出的非共沸制冷剂,其ODP值为0,GWP值为295。本文对其热物理性质和在空调系统中的制冷能力进行了理论分析和计算,并依据空调测试标准在焓差实验室中对比测试了L20和R22充注于窗式空调器中的制冷性能。理论分析结果表明:L20与R22有相似的饱和蒸汽压力-温度曲线,在空调标准工况下,单位质量制冷量比R22高12.8%,单位容积制冷量与R22基本一致,制冷系数比R22低5.5%。试验结果表明:在3.2 kW制冷量的窗式空调器中,L20的最佳充注量为600 g,是R22充注量的80%。L20 is a new type of zeotropic refrigerant developed in recent years. Its ODP value and GWP value are 0 and 295 respectively. In this paper, its thermal physical properties and the cooling capacity in the air conditioning system are analyzed and calculated theoretically. Then the cooling capacity of L20 and R22 charged in the window type air conditioner are tested in the enthalpy difference lab. Theoretical analysis results show that L20 has similar saturated vapor pressure temperature curve with R22. Under the standard condition of air conditioning, its cooling capacity per unit quality is about 12.8 % higher than that of R22, and it has same unit volume cooling capacity with R22, but coefficient of performance is 5.5 % lower than that of R22. Experimental test results show that the optimum charge quantity of L20 in the window type air conditioner of 3.2 kW cooling capacity is 600 g, which is the 80 % charge quantity of R22.
