摘　　要：通过农业司法鉴定技术查明了一起车祸泄漏柴油污染虾池水体是导致养殖对虾死亡的原因,认定柴油污染与对虾养殖经济损失间具有完全因果关系,估算了对虾经济损失和修复虾池环境的费用损失,为法院的公正审理提供了法定证据。Through agricultural judicial identification technology to study the accident leakage of diesel contaminated water is the cause of death of the cultured shrimp, as having a complete causal relationship between diesel and shrimp aquaculture pollution economic loss estimation of economic loss, shrimp ponds and repair environmental damage costs, provide legal evidence for a fair trial court.
