宁波市农民专业合作社发展问题研究

摘　　要：农民专业合作社是解决"三农"发展问题的重要载体。近年来,宁波市农民专业合作社在政府的大力支持下发展迅速。宁波农民专业合作社发展面临的最突出治理问题是"精英俘获"问题、经营模式问题和人才匮乏问题。文章建议以关系社员的切身利益——内部治理结构为基,以合作社发展最缺乏的要素——企业家培育为本,以社员最关心的问题——农产品销售入手,快速提升宁波市农民专业合作社发展水平。Farmers＇ specialized cooperative is an important carrier of solving problems of the ＂three issues in agriculture＂. In recent years, farmers＇ specialized cooperatives in Ningbo have developed rapidly with the support of government. But they are facing some governance problems. The most striking ones are ＂Elite Capture＂, management model and talent shortage. In order to enhance farmers＇ specialized cooperatives governance in Ningbo rapidly, this article suggests that farmers＇ specialized cooperatives in Ningbo should be based on the governance structure which is related to the vital interest of members, the cultivation of entrepreneurs which is the most wanted element of farmers＇ specialized cooperative, and agricultural product sales which members concerns most.
