摘  要:为了快速准确的测定大豆根系的形态指标,将平台扫描仪与SmartRoot软件相结合,建立了一套完整的根系形态测量体系。该文以大豆根为例,使用扫描仪获取根系图像,探讨利用SmartRoot软件测定其根系形态指标的可靠性以及不同分辨率对形态指标测定结果的影响。结果表明,利用Win Rhizo Basic验证Smart-Root测定的大豆根长度、表面积、体积、直径的标准均方根误差分别为6.46%、7.36%、7.24%、10.73%,且判定系数(R2)均接近于1,该方法可靠。对根系进行扫描时,采用300dpi以上能确保其测量结果的准确性。因此,将扫描仪结合SmartRoot为大豆的根系测量提供了新的研究方向。To quantify the morphological index of soybean root fast and accurately, we combined the scanner with Smart Root software and set up a set of complete root morphology measurement system.Using the scanner to acquire the picture of the root of soybean (Glycine max), we aimed to discuss the reliability of using the SmartRoot for the measurement of morphological index of root, while to study the influence of different resolution on the result of measurement of morphological index.The result showed that measurement of morphological index between SmartRoot and WinRhizoBasic on root length, surface area, volume and diameter were 6.46%, 7.36%, 7.24% and 10.73%, respectively,while the adjusted R square approximated one, signifying a high consistency between the two software systems.The measurement can be ensured by using 300 dpi when scanning the image.This novel method would provide a new research direction for root measurements.
