新建地方应用型本科院校微生物实验教学改革与实践——以合肥师范学院为例

摘　　要：微生物学是生物类、食品、制药等专业的基础课程,具有较强的实践与应用性,因此微生物学实验课程就显得尤为重要。目前地方本科院校正向应用型办学模式进行转变,因此下设的各个专业课程的培养体系都在进行深有成效的改革。为了适应我国高等教育的改革,配合地方应用型本科院校人才培养体系的转变,该文以新建本科院校合肥师范学院为例,初步探索及实践以培养应用型微生物工程专业技术人才为目标,对《微生物学实验》课程的教学体系进行了改革与实践,分析了存在的问题,并提出相应的对策措施。Microbiology is a basic course of biology, food, pharmaceutical and so on. It has a strong practice and application, so microbiology experiment course is very important. At present,local undergraduate institutions are changing to the applicationoriented school model, so the various professional courses under the training system are in the fruitful reform. In order to adapt to the reform of higher education in our country and to change the personnel training system of local applied undergraduate colleges, this paper takes the newly established undergraduate colleges of Hefei Normal University as an example to explore and practice the training of applied microbiological engineering professional talent. The teaching system ofmicrobiologyexperiment course has been reformed and practiced, analyzed the existing problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
