摘  要:细胞生物学实验是学生了解细胞相关的知识和技能最直接有效的手段。该文以RNA的细胞化学—Brachet反应的原理为基础,在验证性实验教学的基础上,经过内容的处理和过程的改进后增加了验证性实验的探究趣味,对帮助学生提高创新思维能力、语言表达能力、问题解决能力都起到了非常积极的作用。在此基础上总结出:验证性实验与探究性实验两者各有优势,对学生教学中有着各自不可替代的作用。Experiment is a direct and efficient way for student to understand and grasp cell biology knowledge. This paper is based on the principle of cell chemistry RNA Brachet reaction. On the basis of experiment teaching, after improving treatment and process content to increase the exploratory interests of verification experiment. It plays a positive role in helping to innovative students' thinking ability, language expression ability and problem solving ability.On the basis of summing up: verification experiment and exploratory experiment both have their own advantages and have irreplaceable role for the teaching of students.
