摘　　要：六十多年来,我国高校内部权力运行制约监督机制的构建与探索经历一元化权力制约监督机制、二元化权力制约监督机制和多元化权力制约监督机制。在历史制度主义分析框架下,影响高校内部权力制约监督机制变迁的宏观因素包括经济体制、集权政治体制以及"官本位"传统观念。机制呈现强劲的路径依赖色彩,但关键节点的出现推动了制度变迁。破除路径依赖的困境在很大程度上依赖制度行动者对制度变迁的宏观影响因素和高校内部治理现状的深刻认识以及对高等教育发展规律的正确把握。Since the foundation of PRC,power restriction and supervision system in public universities have experienced three stages： unified mechanism of power restriction and supervision,normalized power restriction and supervision mechanism,diversified power restriction and supervision mechanism. Under the historical institutionalism analysis framework,the macro factors influencing the internal mechanism of power restriction and supervision include economic system,centralized political system and traditional ideas＂ranking＂. Mechanism of power restriction and supervision shows strong path dependence,but the critical nodes promote institutional changes. The crack of the trouble depends on the cognition of macro impact factors of system vicissitude and the present situation of the university internal governance and correctly grasp the law of development of higher education.
