摘 要:为深入了解和正确评估当前我国高校研究生心理健康教育状况,本研究运用问卷调查法对浙江省20所研究生培养院校的心理健康教育工作者进行实证调查。结果发现:研究生心理健康状况尚可;科研压力是影响研究生心理健康的最关键因素;研究生心理健康教育滞后于本科生;其中,专业人员匮乏是制约研究生心理健康教育的第一因素;研究生心理健康教育已基本形成"一体两翼"型格局。对此,高校应采取切实措施,不断提高研究生心理健康教育水平。In order to deeply understand and correctly assess the current situation on mental health education of postgraduates in China,a questionnaire survey is used to investigate the mental health education workers in 20 postgraduates' training institutions in Zhejiang Province. The results show that postgraduates' mental health is normal. The scientific research pressure is the key factor,which influences postgraduates' mental health. Postgraduates' mental health education is lagging behind the undergraduates'. Among them,the lack of professionals is the first factor that restricts the postgraduates' mental health education. Postgraduates' mental health education has basically formed"one body,two wings"pattern. In response,colleges and universities should take effective measures to continuously improve the level of the mental health education of postgraduates.
