摘　　要：大数据技术作为一种新工具,在高等教育人才培养中发挥越来越重要的作用。文章研究大数据在高等教育人才培养过程中的困惑与挑战,基于大数据的高等教育要为人才培养、发现、使用和发展服务,要特别重视从高等教育的人才培养历史数据中预测未来的人才发展趋势,使高等教育人才培养目标可事前预知,并在培养过程中对偏差进行校正。作为一种高等教育人才培养的数据驱动,该技术为实现高等教育人才培养的"实时"和"未来式"的教育管理方法提供一种借鉴和参考。Big data technology,as a tool,plays an increasingly important role in the higher education talent cultivation. This paper is intended to investigate the confusion and challenge of big data in the higher education talent cultivation. Higher education based on big data should serve the talent cultivation,discovery,use and development. Special attention should be paid to the prediction of the future talent development trend from the historical data of talent cultivation in higher education,so that the training target of higher education could be predicted in advance,and the deviation can be corrected during the cultivation process. Big data,as a kind of higher education talent cultivation data actuation,provides reference for the realization of the＂real time＂and＂future＂education management methods of higher education talent cultivation.
